Talking about the blood, sweat and tears that has lovingly gone into such a British brand, Craig Smith has a whopping 10 year’s experience in the field and was clear from that moment on that the path was unmistakably set out for a life in the bar and sprits industry. So what was it that inspired the story and kick started such a strong, directional brand? Craig Smith goes on the say, 

 ‘After being carried away by the mythical stories of pirates and their adventures he landed on an old folks tale of the pirate brethren and the enchanted stories surrounding it. Parlay as written in the pirate code of conduct set down by Morgan and Bartholomew was a way for enemies to negotiate a truths and typically over a bottle of rum. With this in mind Craig began to create the brand PARLAY in December 2015 and turned to one of the countries most experienced and sort after Master Distillers John Walters of the English Spirit Distillery.’

 

Launched on July 4th 2016 this reasonably new brand in the spirits market has lots to offer, as customers can witness enchanting flavours of a black, smooth and rich blend triple distilled and then fused with fruity notes, which are available in a variety of unique flavours including, raisin, vanilla, tangerine and cherry not forgetting that true rum taste rested in beautifully British oak barrels the outcome combines a result of unique subtle spiced after tones that leave a lasting and pleasing taste on the palette.
