Whitlingham Country Park is one of our favourite places to visit and home to lots of adventurous activities, too.

The county is home to several award-winning breweries, including Adnams and Woodfordes, which produce a range of delicious beers and ales. There are also several vineyards and wineries that offer tours and tastings, including the popular Winbirri Vineyards and the Flint Vineyard. For food, we highly recommend Jorge’s in Norwich, a Portuguese restaurant, and the Crown in Great Ellingham, a fantastic country pub with food to die for.

Walks

Finally, Norfolk is home to some of the most stunning countryside in the UK, and there are several walks and hikes that are perfect for adults. One of the most popular is the Peddars Way, which is a 46-mile trail that runs from the coast at Holme-next-the-Sea to the village of Knettishall Heath. The trail takes you through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the county, including the Brecks and the Thetford Forest. There are also several coastal walks from one location to another on the cliff tops, which offer stunning views.
