TV Stars From Towie And Hunted Heading To PrimEvil For Halloween Thrills
TOWIE trio James ‘Diagz’ Bennewith, Dan Edgar and Liam Gatsby are among the brave souls heading to PrimEvil at ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure in Norfolk this Saturday on its opening weekend.
The three reality stars are in for a full evening of frights and scares at the fully immersive event set in an 85-acre woodland park. With five haunts filled with surprise rooms, circus performers, obstacles and non-stop scares at every turn, it’s an adrenaline-fuelled night out like no other.
MAFS UK star Jess Potter is also due to attend on Sunday with new boyfriend TJ and says she’s been watching TikTok videos in preparation and is “already scared… we are both going to be screaming!”.
The following weekend, Sarah Kibble, who successfully evaded capture by the Hunters on Channel 4’s Hunted in 2021, will be joining a crew of over 100 character actors for one night only on Saturday 21st October.
In the penultimate episode of Hunted series 6, viewers saw audacious Sarah from Gorleston near Great Yarmouth taunt the Hunters by revealing herself to be enjoying a night out amongst the haunts at PrimEvil. After successfully disguising herself as a costumed scare actor, she managed to successfully evade capture on the night before eventually being crowned joint winner alongside just one of the other ten fugitives on the run.
Martin Goymour, who came up with the original concept for PrimEvil 13 years ago and remains firmly at the forefront of every year’s event, says “Our goal has always been to create a scare attraction that will draw the crowds from miles around and we put a huge amount of effort into the production and casting to make each year bigger and better than the last. In this, our 13th year, for extra spookiness it’s on for 13 nights of mayhem and we’re hugely excited to have some familiar faces from reality shows joining us.”
Haunts this year include the all-new Hell’s Hollow. A psychological terror-fest, it’s dark in every sense of the word, taking away sight and replacing it with sounds and sensations that combine to psyche out even the most sensible visitors.
Meanwhile the meddling new management at Mayhem Manor Hotel continue to wreak havoc with mazes-within-mazes and endless corridors. Enter at your peril as it may be some time before you can safely find your way out.
Watch out for the reawakened bloodline at The Crypt where bodies that have lain untouched for centuries have been rudely disturbed and are ready to show their displeasure to anyone bold enough to walk among them.
Prepare for major scares from the menacing carnevil at the Circus of Terror led by twisted jester Malvado, who is on the lookout for new recruits to join his band of freaks while the hillbilly family on Route 666 are hiding out in the woods again, and this year they’ve brought some friends to make this a journey no-one will forget in a hurry.
And pulses are set to race even faster by taking on PrimEvil’s challenging activities, including Predator High Ropes (included with Fast Track and VIP tickets)*, Zombie Archery* and Axe Throwing*.
Based at ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure, PrimEvil will also be hosting a variety of street food vendors in Norfolk including a bar supplied by Junkyard.
PrimEvil takes place on 13 selected nights between Friday, October 14 and Monday, October 31st 2022. Gates open at 6pm, last entry 9pm, park closes at 11pm.
