  1. Blind drawing

This game can take ten to fifteen minutes. It requires at least the leader to use at least two contestants. Pair the colleagues and ask them to sit back-to-back. Give a photograph to one of the participants and the other a pen and paper. Let the person with the photo verbally describe it, without declaring what it is, as the other individual draws what they reason the picture describes.

Purpose: This event aims at making workers understand the importance of proper and clear communication and mind-reading competencies.

  1. Human knot

These fifteen to thirty minutes game needs eight to twenty participants. Instruct the participants to stand and make a circle. They need to face each other while they are standing. Let each participant stretch their hand and hold the hand of the participant opposite to them. Let them stretch the other hand and hold a distinct hand across the circle. Within a stipulated time, instruct each team to untie the knot of hands but taking care not to free their hands.

Purpose: this action demonstrates the importance of group effort and excellent communication.

  1. Desert island survival

Ask partakers to imagine that they are stranded on a remote island. However, each member had foreseen the predicament; hence they had carried along with one emergency item for such eventualities. Let members give a good explanation of why they settled on the item they chose.

Take a famous photo and cut it into square pieces that are as many as the number of members. Give each partaker one piece and ask them to draw a five times magnified copy of their piece. After drawing, ask each group to enlarge into a single large copy. 

Purpose: This game highlights the significant contribution of each worker or department to the larger objectives of the whole organization. 

  1. The perfect square

This game takes fifteen to twenty minutes, and it needs five to twenty colleagues. You require a lengthy rope and numerous blindfolds. Let the members stand and create a circle while holding the rope. With their blindfolds on, instruct the participants to put the rope down and move away from the circle. Now, instruct the participants to come back closer to the rope.

 Request them to grasp a portion of the rope and form a square. Confirm that their blindfolds are still intact as they create the square. To spice up the game and make it more competitive, inform the participants that you have set the time limit within which the square should be complete.
