When it comes to planning a wedding, there is a lot to do. There are so many things that need to be organised, there are so many elements that need to come together to create the perfect day and it’s certainly not easy to make it happen.

You are only going to get married once, so choosing the dress of your dreams is super important. You want to feel like the princess that you are walking down the aisle and spending the day in it. When choosing your dress, you need to work out what your budget will be and then stick within it. There are all types of dresses at all kinds of pricepoints, so the likelihood is that you will be able to fall in love with something, just make sure that you don’t start looking at ones that are too expensive.

The Venue

Now that you’ve got the dress sorted, you need to think about your wedding venue. Choosing a venue is a lot of work because you either need to set your date depending on what your perfect venue has available, or you need to find a venue that has availability on your chosen date. Which way round you do it highly depends on how much you want a specific venue and what dates they have.

Make sure that you and your partner are both happy with this as it’s going to be the backdrop for a whole load of your photos, so you want it to look just right. More than this though, you also need to check what the catering options are, what they do and do not provide in their wedding packages and so on.

The Guests

The final piece of the puzzle is the guest list. Only invite the people that you want there to celebrate your special day with you. It doesn’t matter what tradition says, it doesn’t matter what anyone else says, it is your day, you decide who attends. You should not invite anyone that you think is going to ruin your day, or anyone that doesn’t seem happy for you as this will only stress you out.
