Setting New Years Resolutions? Read this first!
I know its traditional to set New Year’s Resolutions around now- but I’m not going to ask you to do that.
What I’d like you to do is ask yourself three simple questions:
- Am I happy?
- How long do I want to feel less than happy?
- What can I change to become happier?
It now becomes focused, positive and achievable doesn’t it?

If its self-esteem or confidence you need help boosting- you may only need one or two sessions of either Hypnotherapy or Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), have more confidence, feel happier than before.
