The Ivy Collection is delighted to announce the opening of The Ivy Norwich Brasserie this summer.

Located within the heart of Norwich and catering for up to 129 guests, the brasserie will offer sophisticated and friendly all-day dining to both residents and visitors alike. Situated on popular London Street, The Ivy Norwich Brasserie will be within close proximity to many of the city’s most famous landmarks, transport links and points of interest. With a flourishing arts, music and cultural scene, Norwich offers an idyllic setting for the newest addition to The Ivy Collection.

The Ivy Norwich Brasserie will serve modern British classics from dawn until dusk, including breakfast, coffees, elevenses, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks, dinner and cocktails. The brasserie’s extensive menus will incorporate a selection of classics including shepherd’s pie, eggs Benedict, brioche crumbled chicken Milanese and a strawberry ice cream sundae with vanilla ice cream, meringue and shortbread.

Overseeing the restaurant will be General Manager Katie Miller who is no stranger to Norwich having worked at an array of renowned restaurants within the city. She joins The Ivy Collection with an extensive wealth of dedication, professionalism and knowledge of the industry.

The critically-acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is consulting on the brasserie’s interiors, as with The Ivy Collection’s sister sites. Notable features in the restaurant will include an onyx bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and leather banquettes – all creating a stylish, yet laid-back environment for all-day dining.

The Ivy Norwich Brasserie will be accessible and relaxed, with a proportion of tables held back for walk-ins to allow locals and visitors to drop in throughout the day. Whether visiting for a leisurely breakfast, working lunch, cocktails with friends or a three-course dinner, The Ivy Norwich Brasserie brings a taste of ‘Ivy magic’ to the beautiful and iconic city of Norwich.
