Hundreds of Women Will Celebrate International Women’s Day in Style again this year!

International Women’s Day

Inspirational speakers will be telling their success stories at a conference this spring to celebrate International Women’s Day 2019, after incredible feedback from the first conference in March 2018.

Women’s networking group Her Business Brew, which has members from all over the area and runs meetings across Norfolk will be hosting HER Business, Body and Life Conference on March 8th 2019 9:30am-4:30pm at The Holiday Inn North, near Norwich Airport.

The event, billed as Norfolk’s largest women’s empowerment conference, will include speeches from Marilyn Hawes, Most Inspirational Women 2017 and Founder of Freedom From Abuse; Annie Belasco, writer and speaker, empowering people through their mental health journeys; and Emily Blake, winner of Miss International Curve 2017/18, and professionally trained presenter and events host.

The ticket price includes a seat for all speakers and workshops, full buffet lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, free parking and the chance to network with 200 women and browse stands from more than 40 women-related businesses and organisations (with exclusive offers and discounts).  There are also a few exciting surprises planned by the organisers too!

The event will also be raising money to support Freedom From Abuse, sponsorship and advertising opportunities are still available.  For more information visit:

Since launching in March 2015, Her Business Brew has grown to be one of Norfolk’s largest and most successful women’s networking groups, which is constantly expanding and attracting new members across the county. See more at

It was the brainchild of Serena Fordham who, along with her team, works hard to help women find their feet in business and in life.

“We’re much more a support group, helping to encourage others than just the usual idea of networking” she said. “People who come along to the meetings not only build up their contacts but forge new friendships which, in turn, encourage them on their way to success, whatever that might mean to them.”
